- Visit our Shopify application and click on the "Account" menu link at the top right of your screen.
- If you have and account enter your email address and password and click the black "Sign In" button. If you do not have an account, click on the "Create account" link (Below the Sign In button) and fill in your details like name, email and password to create an account.
- Once registered, you'll be redirected to the dashboard where you can add your pet's details.
- Please verify your correct shipping and billing addresses.
- After successfully registering You'll be directed to your dashboard. Here, you'll find an option to "Add Pet Details".
- Fill in your pet's information such as name, species, sex, weight.
- Once you've added your pet's details, click on the "Submit" button to store the information or click "Add Another Pet" button to add pet's details
- You can order preventive products now that your pet's details are saved. Please note that we can only write prescriptions for these medications if your pet is a patient and, if ordering heartworm prevention, your pet has a negative result from a heartworm test within the prior year by one of our clinics.
- Browse through our selection of preventive products.
- Select the products you wish to purchase and select pet's name from dropdown, select pet's weight, select monthly subscription and add them to your cart.
- Review your cart to ensure you have selected the correct items and quantities.
- Proceed to checkout, where you'll be prompted to provide your shipping and payment details.
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details.
- One of our staff may contact you directly to verify important information before filling your prescription.
- You can always revisit your account dashboard to view and manage your pet's details.
- If there are any changes in your pet's information or if you wish to add more pets, simply navigate to the "Pet Details" section and update as needed.
- Similarly, you can, view order history, and manage account settings from your dashboard.
